What is a hotel management system?
A hotel management system (PMS) runs a property's daily work from one place — reservations, check-in, room status and cash. Anyname Hotel does that for independent hotels, guesthouses and aparthotels, with each screen shaped around what a front desk actually does.
Does it suit a small guesthouse?
Yes. It is built around how a property works rather than how many rooms it has. A guesthouse with a handful of rooms and a hotel with dozens use the same screens, and the parts you do not use can be switched off.
Does it file KBS reports for me?
It tracks which guests have been reported and which are still waiting, so none is missed. You file the report on the police KBS portal yourself and mark it done in one tap.
Is there anything to install?
No. It runs in a browser — nothing to install on a computer, phone or tablet. When a new feature ships, everyone has it at once.
Where is my data stored?
In the European Union (Ireland). Each property's data is separated into its own account and backed up daily.
What does it cost?
The licence is annual, per property. There is no price list on the site — we discuss the figure for your property on the demo call.
